  This type of pulley has a small groove like a tooth. Used with toothed belts that are attached together as a raft in one line. It's small and compact. for use in limited space applications such as washing machine, dryer

• 6.Timing Pulley

  

  Timing pulleys are used in applications requiring precise revs from the timing belt, while Standard Pulleys have no teeth, which makes the belt more likely to slip.

• 7. Conveyor Pulley

  

  This type of pulley is cylindrical in size, able to withstand high loads, and is used in various conveying systems.

• Head Pulley

  It is a belt wheel installed at the end of the head of the belt conveyor used as a material dispensing position. Sometimes acts as a belt drive wheel as well

• Tail Pulley

• Bend Pulley

• Snub Pulley (belt pressing wheel)

  It is a belt wheel that presses the belt. to add arc contact to the belt on the belt drive wheel

• Take-Up Pulley (Tension Wheel)

  means the moving pulley can change position Useful as part of the belt tensioning tool.

1. Fixed pulley (Fixed Pulley)

2. Movable Pulley

It is a movable pulley system while in use. The object is attached to the pulley by means of a single piece of rope wrapped around the wheel, with one end attached to the ceiling. The other end is used for pulling. When pulling an object vertically, the pulling force is equal to half of the weight of the object. The single pulley travels as a mechanism that reduces the y force.

3. Compound Pulley

A mixed pulley is the operation of a fixed single pulley and a single moving pulley. It is sometimes called a mixed pulley. It is designed to exert less than half the load's weight. It is mostly used in construction where cranes lift heavy steel and concrete.
