The Carlo Gavazzi inductive proximity sensors with 40 mm x 40 mm rectangular housings for use in harsh ambient conditions to detect metal objects without contact and wear-free. The sensors generate an electromagnetic field which interacts with the detected object and are characterized by a long service life and extreme ruggedness.
